Our consultants are former-Epic employees, hold multiple Epic certifications, and have completed hundreds of successful implementations.
Leadership Team
Jessica has over a decade experience in operations, finance, risk and project management. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Vetted Placements. Jessica also led Risk Management at PayPal/Braintree, and before that worked at GE Capital and American Airlines.
As Director of Operations, Jessica executes on operational strategy & growth, oversee financial management, and manage policy implementation.
Adrian has established himself in the EHR industry as a trusted leader. He started his career at Cerner Corporation before leading the sales team along side John Freeman at Sagacious Consultants. Adrian served as both a Regional Manager at Accenture and Director prior to joining Incisive.
Adrian believes in excellent customer service, building truly meaningful relationships, and improving the healthcare industry through the use of technology.
Chris has established a highly successful career in healthcare in the digital transformation and optimization space as an operational leader.
Based out of St. Louis, Chris is a passionate outdoors enthusiast who oftentimes spends a free weekend hiking a scenic route through a national park or working toward a personal record on his road bike. He
advocates having a tranquil workspace and promotes the use of a standing desk, which made his transition to fully remote work quite seamless in fact. Although, working from home has increased his use of the mute button on his microphone while attempting to silence his two cats and create a forcefield around his keyboard during video conferencing.
Chris was on the Senior Leadership team while at Sagacious Consultants, a Best in KLAS Epic consultancy, where he successfully developed and led the talent acquisition department. He focused on building a team of the top industry experts, fostering an unmatched company culture, and was instrumental in the acquisition of Sagacious by the multinational consulting firm Accenture in 2015.
Prior to starting Incisive, Chris served as a Senior Manager at Accenture in the Health & Public Service division. Here he refined his experience working with healthcare organizations on a global scale. Now with Incisive, Chris is excited to lean into emerging technology to help drive significant change within healthcare. Chris aims to inspire, encourage, and empower his teammates to be the very best versions of themselves, and emphasizes emotional intelligence and the power of soft skills. His goal is to provide innovative consulting services that guide organizations through the digital transformation and optimization of their healthcare services.
A Rich History of Improving EHR Software
Leveraging technology to help improve healthcare is the essence of what we do, deeply rooted in Health IT. We started Incisive in 2018 to better serve healthcare organizations that use Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and help improve their systems and utilization of technology.
Our founders first came together in 2009 to form Sagacious Consultants. Sagacious quickly grew to be an industry leading, best in KLAS premier Epic consultancy that was well-known for its extensive Epic-expert consultant base and incredible company culture, amongst much else. Sagacious was then acquired a few years after in 2015 by Accenture, the largest multinational consulting organization in the world, to run their Epic arm.
